Check and see that you have the latest app update and phone update. You should restart your phone at least once a week but most people don’t. I have had several pairs of hearing aids and different apps and you can resolve connectivity issues 90 percent of the time by closing the app, restart it and wait 10 seconds. I have had my hearing aids for 2 weeks with zero connectivity problems to my iPhone 12 Pro. My first question is: why must I adjust volume, tone, and directional profile each time I put the aids, rather than have them remember where the were set at last use? Normal ears are focused slightly towards where we face the microphones slightly towards the rear. For example: each time I use them, I must adjust volume, tone ( bass & treble balance) and environment ( normal sound profile does not provide the same volume of sound from behind us as in front of us, yet I hear more of what is behind me than in front. App has apparently been designed by some one who is intimately familiar with hearing aids, but probably not hearing loss, and is intimately familiar with the app so has omitted information concerning the various features.
